Have a Drink Friday - Tequila Sunset
Memorial Day this coming Monday. That means backyard BBQ's and day drinking. Looking for a refreshing drink of choice for the holiday weekend, I stumbled across the Tequila Sunset and thought it was worth sharing and fit the bill nicely. Courtesy of Delish.com.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 1/2 oz. tequila
- 4 oz. orange or grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz. grenadine
- Maraschino cherry or mandarin, for garnish
Directions

- Fill serving glass with ice, tequila and juice.
- Add grenadine, garnish with cherry or mandarin and serve.
