Please check out our sizing guide here. If you are still unsure or in between sizes, we recommend sizing up since our t-shirts & sweatshirts have more of an athletic fit.
We fulfill orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are fulfilled within 2 business days and we work hard to fulfill all orders within 5 business days. If your order cannot be fulfilled within 5 business days we will reach out to you. If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll be emailed tracking information. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority dependent on weight.
At this time we do not offer expedited or express shipping due to increased carrier delays.
Shipping is free for US orders over $75 and there is a $5 flat rate shipping for US orders under $75.
Yes, we ship internationally.
To use your promotion or coupon code, enter the code at checkout in the appropriate field. Make sure you enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. You must click "apply" in order for the discount to be applied. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the shopping bag, the discount will not be applied
Domestic Orders Only: We arehappy to offer free online returns and exchanges.We will only accept unworn and unwashed items purchasedfor returns or exchanges. SwingJuice reserves the right to denyrefunds for a returned item that does not comply with its policy.Gift Cards are excluded.
● Please email us at ORDERS@SWINGJUICE.COM within 14 days of receiving the order to obtain a prepaid return label and a return or exchange form to fill out and mail back to us. Once a return label is created and emailed to you the return or exchange should be shipped back within 7 days.
● Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment and can take up to 8 business days to show in your account.Please note shipping costs on the original order are non refundable.
International Orders (Including Canada): We currently are not accepting exchanges at this time. Please return the item you are wanting to exchange at your expense and re-purchase the item in the correct size or color. As stated above, email us at orders@swingjuice.com for a return form to fill out and mail back to us. Sale Items: We will only allow the exchange of sale items for other sale items of the same price or for store credit.
Please allow 3-5 business days to process exchanges/returns once the original order is received back.

Due to most of our products being screen printed by hand we recommend washing all tops in cold water and hanging them to dry.

Yes, but you must log in first. Otherwise, you must redeem your points for a voucher, which can then be applied during checkout. You can redeem your points in your rewards dashboard.
Once your points have been used, they will not be re-issued
