Have a Drink Friday - Southern Tier Creme Brulee Imperial Milk Stout

Common theme you should have picked up on by now - I prefer heavy boozy stouts. I first stumbled upon the Creme Brulee by Southern Comfort when I met up with a sweet lad named Ryan to buy a very special limited putter grip from him. We met at a bar near our houses and enjoyed this very stout on tap. Long story short, it was delicious. Very rich, but full of flavor. I typically can handle a bomber of a heavy stout and not feel too bad, but the Creme Brulee will sit heavy and is a great "one and done" option. Per previously mentioned Ryan, this beer would be tremendous if barrel aged (hint, hint Southern Tier Brewing Company). Should you stumble across this beer anywhere, give it a shot.
