We are happy to offer free online returns and exchanges.

SwingJuice LLC (“SwingJuice”) will accept unworn and unwashed items purchased on its website www.swingjuice.com (the “Site”) for return or exchange.  SwingJuice reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.

Please email us at orders@swingjuice.com within 14 days of receiving the order to obtain a prepaid return label and a return or exchange form to fill out and mail back to us.  Once a return label is created and emailed to you the return or exchange should be shipped back within 7 days.  

Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment and can take up to 8 business days to show in your account. Please note shipping costs on the original order are non refundable.

Canada Only: We currently are not accepting exchanges at this time.  Please return the item you are wanting to exchange at your expense and re-purchase the item in the correct size or color.  As stated above, email us at orders@swingjuice.com for a return form to fill out and mail back to us.

International Orders : We currently are not accepting international orders except Canada.

Sale Items: We will only allow the exchange of sale items for other sale items of the same price or for store credit.

Please allow 3-5 business days to process exchanges/returns once the original order is received back.
